The yard in Germany – no where near the water:
Land costs in Germany are high. To help reduce costs (which save you money), the yard has been developed about one hour south of Frankfurt, on the tip of the Bavarian region.

Chainplates, thru-hulls, electrical, plumbing and fittings are all very easily accessible and of the best quality. The engine compartment is remarkably practical, allowing easy access for maintenance.
Combine features such as solid hand-laid fiberglass, Kevlar reinforced bow sections right down to the solid bronze thru-hulls with old world craftsmanship and the latest building technology and you get a yacht that is built to last a lifetime.
Each yacht is built under very stringent guidelines as set out by German Lloyd’s and each yacht is individually inspected and certified by a Lloyd’s inspector before leaving the production facility.
